Migrated the source-linked WaveVortex extension to wave-vortex-portable-source-api-v1, including the five-input observer registration, an exact qualified WaveVortexModel source pin, and the documented source-recompile compatibility policy.
Added the source-linked alongtrack-wave-vortex-run authoring and execution workflow for the portable AlongTrack schedule and observing-system pair.
Added MATLAB portable-bundle authoring, source-only export verification, reproducible WaveVortexModel compatibility CI, and documentation/package checks.
